Pastry chef Samantha Gainsburg is the mind behind Butter Shtick, a multi-faceted French pastry pop-up based in Seattle, WA. She was previously in charge of the pastry programs at Mamnoon, Canlis, Cafe Juanita and Temple Pastries.
Samantha draws from her time in New York and Las Vegas, as well as multiple culinary trips to Turkey. We are so lucky to have her, and she will be offering some sweet and savory treats all afternoon in the tasting room until sell out! Reservations recommended, walk-ins welcome.
