Chef Madeline works as a bicoastal private chef and owner of Highbrow Hedonist. She was born and raised in Seattle, and will be joining us all the way from Brooklyn, New York, where she currently resides. Madeline specializes in sidewalk dinners and pop-up events where she gathers community around food. Her cuisine has a casual elegance that pairs perfectly with the balance and textures in Darby’s premium Washington wines.
