Speakeasy

For smaller groups, book our private speakeasy lounge. This room holds up to 16 guests with the option to play vinyls from our collection, or bring your own tunes! Get extra cozy by turning on the fireplace.

Catering options are available via Heritage Restaurant, or feel free to order off of our food menu in the tasting room. Darby Wine Club members receive discounts on the room fee and wine minimums.

Banquet Room 

For medium-sized groups, book the private banquet room. This room accommodates up to 40 guests; includes a large, beautiful rustic communal table and a Bluetooth speaker to customize your music playlist.

Table set up can be customized for a sit down dinner, corporate happy hour, or family style reception. Darby Wine Club members receive discounts on the room fee and wine minimums.

Tasting Room 

For larger-sized groups, reserve the entire tasting room for your event. Our space has a max capacity of 120 guests.

This option gives your party full access to the main bar, main living room, library, speakeasy lounge, banquet room, and speaker system. Darby Wine Club members receive discounts on the room fee and wine minimums.

Corporate Tastings

We offer a VIP guided wine tasting experience at our Woodinville tasting room for $40 per person. Enhance your experience with a visit and education from our owner and winemaker, Darby English (fee applies). 

Corporate Wine + Dine 

All 3 room rentals (above) are available to book for corporate events. Enjoy a team lunch or dinner or consider renting the tasting room for your next presentation, networking session, or holiday party. Catering options are available. Outside catering is allowed.
